Insula Alba Resort & Spa (Adults Only), Hersonissos (Crete)

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, with immaculate cleanliness, great staff, and a relaxing atmosphere. The pool area was fantastic, and the swim-up rooms were a unique feature. However, the dining options fell short of expectations, particularly in terms of quality and variety at the buffet. Additionally, the check-in process could be improved as it was rather slow.

I had a relaxing stay at this hotel, greatly enjoying the tranquil pool area and attentive bar staff, particularly Manos, who really elevated the experience. The food at breakfast and lunch was generally delicious and fresh, though dinner occasionally left something to be desired with some dishes being lukewarm or overcooked. The hotel's location isn't the best, surrounded by other hotels and tourist shops, but renting a car helped me explore some stunning beaches nearby.

My stay at the Insula Alba was remarkable overall, made even better by the great spa facilities and delicious food options. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the pool area was a wonderful spot to relax. Although the evening meals could use some improvement in quality, it didn't detract too much from the overall experience. I truly appreciated the efficient check-in process and how friendly the staff were throughout my stay.
